Academic Journey
My academic path reflects a consistent interest in systems, structure and development — across business, technology and learning.
I completed my MBA at Tallinn University of Technology, where my thesis examined the relationship between GDP and money supply through a systems-based model inspired by electrical theory. Long before formally entering the electrical field, I was already exploring economic dynamics through concepts such as flow, balance and structural interaction.
That conceptual curiosity later evolved into practical and technical expertise. In 2023, I completed my electrical qualification, and in 2024 I began studying Electrical and Automation Engineering at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. Strengthening my technical understanding deepens my ability to interpret the technological forces shaping modern business environments.
Alongside this development, teaching became a deliberate part of my professional direction. I completed pedagogical teacher education to formalize and refine my ability to guide, structure and support learning. Education, for me, is not separate from business or technology — it is the bridge that connects knowledge, practice and future development.
My studies form a continuous trajectory: understanding systems, working within them and helping others learn to navigate and improve them.
Gross Domestic Product and Money Supply: Evidence on Active and Reactive Components
In my MBA thesis, I examined the relationship between GDP and money supply using a systems-based model inspired by electrical theory. By distinguishing between active and reactive components, I developed a framework for understanding economic flow and structural stability.
I wrote this thesis before formally training as an electrician (2023) and beginning my Electrical and Automation Engineering studies at Metropolia (2024). What started as a conceptual model later evolved into a concrete technical path. Bridging economic dynamics with systems thinking continues to shape my work in business education and development.
Education
2014-2016
MBA
Tallinn University of Technology
Completed an MBA with a focus on strategic management, business development and systems thinking. My thesis examined the relationship between GDP and money supply through a systems-based model inspired by electrical theory, reflecting my interdisciplinary approach to complex structures and economic dynamics.
2025
Professional Teacher Education
Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences
Completed pedagogical qualification for vocational and higher education teaching (60 ECTS). The studies strengthened my competencies in learner-centered instruction, curriculum design, assessment, guidance and workplace-oriented learning.
2023-2025
Educational Sciences & Special Education
Open University of Jyväskylä
Completed 70 ECTS in Educational Sciences and Special Education at the Open University. The studies deepened my understanding of learning processes, inclusive practices and educational development in diverse learning environments.
2024-
Bachelor of Engineering (in progress)
Metropolia University of Applied Sciences
Currently studying Electrical and Automation Engineering. The program strengthens my understanding of automation systems, electrical infrastructure and applied technical problem-solving — enhancing my ability to integrate technology into business education and development.
2022-2023
Vocational Qualification in Electrical Installation (Certified Electrician)
Omnia
Completed a Finnish Vocational Qualification in Electrical Installation, qualifying as a certified electrician. The studies focused on electrical installations, automation systems, commissioning and maintenance in real estate and industrial development.
This hands-on qualification strengthens my practical understanding of technical systems and enables me to connect business strategy with operational and infrastructure-level realities.
